Job Overview: To utilize advanced analytics techniques to analyze large datasets and derive actionable insights in areas such as Spend analytics, procurement cost models and cost sheets, inventory management and demand forecasting. To identify opportunities for process optimization and cost savings by analyzing supply chain data, identifying trends, and recommending strategic initiative
Reporting Structure: Reports to Head - Digital Transformation & SCM Analytics
Experience: 5-8 years of supply chain experience


KEY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Utilize advanced analytics techniques to analyze large datasets and derive actionable insights in areas such as Spend analytics, procurement cost models and cost sheets, inventory management and demand forecasting
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost savings by analyzing supply chain data, identifying trends, and recommending strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments, including procurement, logistics, operations, and finance, to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the impact of digital transformation initiatives, assess the effectiveness of supply chain strategies and initiatives, and proactively identify areas for improvement.
• Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, enabling informed decision-making at all levels of the organization.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in supply chain analytics, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the organization .

Competencies: • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in supply chain analytics, operations research, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with supply chain management systems (e.g., ERP, WMS, TMS) and emerging technologies such as AI, Machine Learning, IoT, Blockchain, etc.
• Proficiency in MS-Suite and data analysis and visualization tools such as Python, R, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
