You will be focused on working with a team of recruiters and recruiting coordinators. You will identify and build a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs and work in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Partner to create great candidate experience.

  • Development & implementing the talent acquisition sourcing strategy for open positions
  • Utilizing a variety of sourcing channels to attract talent, qualify candidates and be the first point of contact for candidates
  • Obtain and capture talent insights and market intelligence
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sourcing goals by employing diverse strategies to build a robust candidate pipeline.
  • Ensure strict adherence to _VOIS standards of compliance by adhering to the process.
  • Delivering exceptional candidate care and ensuring that candidates are effectively pre-screened before inclusion into the recruitment process.
  • Maintaining timely and accurate information on Applicant Tracking System -Success Factor
  • Proactively pipelining talent and creating pre-qualified candidate talent pools
Qualifications & Experience
  • Graduate with 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience in Sourcing/ Recruiting experience for technical/digital skill sets
  • ATS experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates
  • Boolean search logic, Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships
Desired Experience
  • Staffing industry or Corporate Talent Acquisition background preferred
  • Strong experience in sourcing in IT & non-IT skills
  • Possess strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
  • Ability to execute sourcing strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
