We are looking for a highly skilled IT Specialist with expertise in ServiceNow, Qualys, Microsoft Power Platform, and Excel to support IT operations, security, and automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leveraging these technologies to streamline workflows, enhance security, and drive data-driven decision-making.Key Responsibilities:ServiceNow Expertise

  • Configure and customize ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, Asset Management, and Service Catalog.
  • Develop and manage workflows, business rules, UI policies, and access controls.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools for enhanced IT service management.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to track IT performance and incident trends.
Qualys Security & Vulnerability Management:
  • Manage Qualys Vulnerability Management, Policy Compliance, and Web Application Scanning.
  • Analyze vulnerability reports and coordinate remediation efforts.
  • Integrate Qualys with ServiceNow SecOps or other ITSM platforms.
Power Platform & IT Automation:
  • Automate IT processes using Power Automate.
  • Develop custom Power Apps for IT service management and reporting.
  • Create Power BI dashboards for real-time IT security and operational insights.
Excel Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Perform advanced data analysis using PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and Power Query.
  • Create IT and security reports for internal teams and leadership.
  • Automate data processing and visualization for IT performance tracking.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in IT operations, security, or automation.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (ITSM, CMDB, workflows, integrations).
  • Strong knowledge of Qualys vulnerability management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, automation, and reporting.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • Qualys Certified Vulnerability Management Specialist.
  • Microsoft Power Platform certification (PL-900, PL-100, or PL-400).
  • Understanding of ITIL best practices and IT service management processes.
