• Implementation and Maintenance of a Quality Management System in compliance with the Brose Group standards and regulations.
• Ensure product and process quality through a adequate quality assurance system.
• Achievement of customer satisfaction by improvement of the quality performance.
• Implementation and execution of efficient and effective processes and routines in adherence with all Quality targets and demands.
• Good performance in all Quality interactions between supplier internal functions and customers.
• Lead of the maintenance and the control of all quality relevant routines according the released and described Quality manual and regulations.
• Lead of customer complaint handling process in adherence to customer demands, standards and regulations.
• Install, perform, evaluate and control a systematic and sustainable problem management process under the use of adequate problem-solving methods and the TOP Q.
• Lead of all suppliers related quality routines like incoming inspection, Requalification Audits and a proper claim management.
• Coordination of a transparent Reporting system to Plant Management, Business Unit and Central, with focus on defined KPIs by use of the QORS Series.
• Install and perform an effective internal Audit Process by using process audits, product audits, Layered Audits and support of all customers and third-party audits with the main focus on adequate measures in case of relevant findings.
• Control and report of all detected failure cost by a strong use of all relevant analysis methods according to the released standards.
• Assure the Quality of new Ramp Ups by consequent Lead of all save launch activities.
• Lead resource planning activity (budget, personnel, equipment and infrastructure.
• Lead and motivate quality team to achieve high results consistently. Implement and sustain quality management systems like ISO/TS16949, EMS14001.

Your Profile

• Formal Education & Specialization and Work Experience:BE or DME in Mechanical, Automotive or production engineering with 10-12 years of experience.
• Knowledge of Quality Management system according to ISO/TS 16949, EMS14001 - implementation and process Auditing VDA 6.3.
• Hands on experience in GD&T and problem solving.
• In depth understanding of quality tools like SPC, MSA, PFMEA, PPAP and APQP.
