We have an opening with Asset Management Company, Goregaon, MumbaiGrade Deputy Manager/ManagerEducation Inter CA onlyExperience 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.Location Goregaon OfficeNo of Positions 1Role Purpose:1. Managing cash flow and reporting to the Fund Managers and dealers2. Accounting as per laid out accounting policies and SEBI Regulations and Periodic scrutiny of all ledger accounts3. Handling Audits and liaising with auditors for timely and successful completion of audit and ensuring that there are no adverse comments in Auditor\'s report4. Fund Expense processing and accounting , knowledge of taxation laws wrt GST, TDS, TCS5. Accurate preparation of all Internal & Regulatory Reports & MIS.Key Responsibilities:1.Managing Cash FlowA. Managing cash flow to ensure optimum utilization of funds.B. Ensuring Compliance of SEBI regulations pertaining to Fund Accounting/ cash flow activities2 Fund Accounting & Handling Audits :A. Ensuring that accounting is done in accordance with SEBI Regulations and accounting policiesB. Ensuring that all ledger accounts reflect accurate positions so as to compute proper NAVs.C. Preparation of Semi- Annual, Annual Financial Statements & Notes to AccountsC. Handling Audits and liaising with auditors for timely and successful completion of audit.3. Expense Management & Statutory Dues:A. Ensuring that Statutory Dues are correctly computed and deposited within timeB. Ensuring that statutory returns are filed within time.C.
