Roles and Responsibilities
Design and implement Java based solutions for Telecom BSS applications.
Participate in every aspect of development and implementation, working with end users (product owners) to fully understand business requirements
Prepare high- and low-level technical documentation (HLD/IDD etc)
Ensure that solutions implemented meet business objectives and leverage on best practice.
Estimate the development effort by requirements and projects
Work in teams using Agile (SCRUM, SAFe, Kanban) development methodologies
Support testing activities (functional and non-functional tests in all relevant project phases)
Drive innovation agenda in IT Domain process and systems together with SW providers, Business and Sis.
Maximise the usage of technology in order to simplify systems and processes and ultimately drive efficiency in Enterprise to enable business growth.
Provide demo to designers, share development experience, lesson learns with other technical staff.
Interact with, plan and monitor technical departments effort to implement successful delivery of the solutions.
