Minimum Job Requirements



Educational Qualification:

BE / ME - IT/Computer Science or MSc - IT/Computer Science or MCA



Experience:

6 - 9 Years

Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)



The incumbent must have experience in Payroll Support, Non SAP Basis Software/Websites Development and Website Management and Testing Activities



Key Roles and Responsibilities



Financial

  • To ensure project execution so that it is delivered within Budget and Quality.



Customer Oriented

  • To devise ways to meet day-to-day requirement through automation.
  • Retail system and application uptime, data synchronization and report accuracy as per business requirements.
  • Issue resolution of plant and head office Time Office, Attendance, Salary Calculations and back end users for continuity of business.



People Oriented

  • To lead department personnel for the purpose of prioritizing project deadlines and ensuring optimal utilization of personnel.
  • Perform effective Weekly Operational Review with Support Partner Team.



Internal Business Process

  • Proven operational experience and well versed with various design patterns, integration pattern, micro services patterns and refactoring/migration techniques.
  • Plan and monitor progress of all Plant & Head Office Team Members working within ESS on initiatives/projects
  • Responsible for training the Users on Farsight new system and processes changes
  • Responsible for updating data and maintaining data integrity in Farsight the organization to develop and deliver HR related communications
