Deputy Manager - Financial Reporting - CA Qualified - Fresher-3 Years - GurgaonWe\'re looking for a Deputy Manager, preferably a Chartered Accountant, with more than a year of experience in GAAP, IND AS, and proficient knowledge of accounting standards, coupled with a strong grasp of SEBI and IRDAI regulations.Location- GurgaonResponsibilities:1. Drafting and presenting audited financial statements, along with accompanying annexures and pertinent schedules.2. Guaranteeing punctual delivery of Audit committee/Board requirements, overseeing the endorsement of policies sanctioned by the Audit Committee/Board, and finalizing Action Taken Reports (ATRs).3. Assisting in both Statutory and Internal audits.4. Ensuring adherence to Accounting Standards, the Companies Act 2013, and IRDAI regulations.5.
