Job Description

Description The Supply Chain Services Specialist performs remote (e-mail, telephone etc.) support services offering advice and consultancy support on the interpretation of standardised Supply Chain processes and plans to business areas as well as transactional activities. Spanning activities such as catalogue administration data verifications, analysing failures and routing them accordingly for resolution and other Supply Chain transactions using Supply Chain Management (SCM) systems and tools.Typically reports to the Supply Chain Services Manager. Job Responsibility . Delivers activities related to end-to-end Supply Chain processes, performed according to SLAs . Runs data control processes . Ensures the completion and accuracy of data submissions . Maintains process documentation, making recommendations where processes can be enhanced . Understands the importance of providing accurate and timely administration services and reports to support the overall Supply Chain agenda . Has a good understanding of procedures and concepts through acquired experience, to deliver assigned Supply Chain advice and administration in accordance with processes . Provides advice and transactional service personally and via telephone or email to business stakeholderss, based on written SCM policies and processes . Provides consistent advice to resolve queries accurately and timely, adheres to defined administration processes and ensures SCM databases are updated correctly and maintained accurately . Provides training for Supply Chain Services team . Performs other job-related duties or tasks defined by the supervisor or resulting from assigned agendas.
