Must be from an automotive OEM (Passenger vehicle) company with a minimum of 4 years of experience in manufacturing Quality
Holding a Degree/Post graduation in Electronics
Hands-on experience of automotive electricals, electronics, and software troubleshooting
Understanding of ECOS, DTC, wiring schematics, troubleshooting manuals
Knowledge/Know-how of vehicle E&E parts and aggregates like ECUs, Body control modules, HVAC system, Lightings, infotainment system, etc.
Knowledge of wiring harness layouts - clipping, routing & fouling assessments from thermal & safety point of view
Handling of Next customer issues (RFI) - root cause analysis and action planning with horizontal deployment
Handling of field concerns - root cause analysis and action planning with horizontal deployment
Knowledge of New product development (NPD) process. Should be able to handle FTR related to E&E and software changes
Participate in various CFTs like EN, DCP, MPPAP, etc
Managing & strengthening of E&E and software checks at EOL inspection
Carry out process and product audits as per plan and getting closure of audit observations
Ensure the right quality of outgoing vehicles
Managing shop Quality indicators
Communicate shop/plant actions on product issues to internal & external customers
Guide associates in their routine activities
Co-ordinate to resolve chronic concerns through the QC story Approach
