We deliver the best services across IT, Business Intelligence Services, Customer Operations, Business Operations, HR, Finance, Supply Chain, HR Operations, and many more.Established in 2006, _VOIS has evolved into a global, multi-functional organization, a Centre of Excellence for Intelligent Solutions focused on adding value and delivering business outcomes for Vodafone.Job RoleService Management Experience in IT Telco Operations environmentStrong working knowledge in Kenan/Postpaid Billing System.Billing Domain knowledge is must Postpaid Billing, CDR flow , Rating Flow etc.Execution of Recurrent Tasks and Support Monitoring, scheduling jobs and operations.Knowledge of other Billing Applications like MZ , ICT , Prepaid systems will be added benefit .Hands on UNIX / Windows experience and familiarity with SQL, Relational Databases and Web Servers.Incident & Service Request HandlingCoordination with Different teams and VendorsWorking for international customers in cross-cultural teams is substantial in infrastructure & application services.Solution delivery within SLA .Knowledge and experienceMust have 6-8 years of working experience in Telecom Billing Domain.Telecom Domain Knowledge.Knowledge of ITIL Processes and Project Management methodologies.Good knowledge of different application architecture, Remedy or Other Ticketing Tool , Monitoring tools_VOIS Equal Opportunity Employer CommitmentIndia:_VOIS is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
