The IT Development Specialist focuses upon the development of applications / products in line with the technology roadmap and standards. The IT Development Specialist delivers development of programme logic for new applications / products or analysis and modification of logic in existing applications (activities may also include elements of technical testing). Typically reports to the Senior IT Development Manager of the Head of Technology.

Job Responsibility
- 6+ years of experience, majority in Salesforce
- Min 3x certified
- Lead Developer who does Hands-on development. Also lead the solution design and customer interaction
- LWC, Classic and Lightning experience, Apex, VF Pages, Aura Components, Triggers, Integration, Sales Cloud, Experience cloud, Flows etc
- Can understand user stories and contribute requirements/task out of them
- Maintain traceability between requirements, specification and rules
- Support bug fixing
- Participate in defect triage
- Status reports to managers
- Understand issues in time and raise it
- Support in peer reviews
- Knowledge management
