Responsibilities & Key DeliverablesDexterity school In charge - Basic skill development of work forceCreation of training modules of MOST, TPM, TQM, EHS , 5S -to achieve targets with maximum utilization of people and to achieve zero defect, zero accident and zero break down.Create awareness and impart skills for process orientation amongst officers and workmenDesign /develop the awareness /induction module for imparting knowledge of Vehicle assembly, EV Aggregates assembly process including SC/CC parameters, PFC, PFMEA, SOP\'s, control plan etc.,Implement various initiatives for great place to workDevelop and institutionalize mechanism for measurement and improvement of training effectiveness.Achieving the targets for training man-days Annual Training calendar based on Training need Identification through Skill & Competency Assessment.Skill & Knowledge Assessment of employees (Operators & Engineers)Planning & Execution of Annual Training Calendar & Monthly Training planning.Assess and evaluates capacity of the employees during and after the course program.Established Training procedures to meet production schedulesTo maintain & follow all required documents as per standards in the organization. Upkeep the TQM activities for Manufacturing Operations.Responsible for Quality Circle Activities, MYB & MGB, Motivate / Guide & facilitate employees participation. QC / Suggestion- Internal Judge & Audit TeamIATF16949, ISO14001 &ISO45001 - Internal Auditor5\'S\' Coordinator / Lead AuditorExperienceExperience:The ideal candidate for this role should have a solid background with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in technical training and skill development within the automobile industry. They should demonstrate a proven track record in creating and delivering impactful training programs that contribute to enhancing employee capabilities, optimizing processes, and driving overall operational excellenceAdditionally, experience in conducting training needs assessments, developing training materials, and evaluating training outcomes will be beneficial for this positionIndustry PreferredIndustry Preferred:Having a background in the automobile industry is highly preferred for this role. Candidates with prior experience in the electric mobility sector or related manufacturing environments will have a competitive advantageQualificationsQualifications:The successful candidate should hold a B.E. in Mechanical or Production engineering with a specialization in training and development programs. Possessing certifications in areas such as IATF16949, ISO14001, and ISO45001 as an internal auditor would be advantageousGeneral RequirementsGeneral Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effectively engaging with employees of diverse backgrounds and levels within the organization
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities to drive a culture of continuous learning and development across the Manufacturing division
  • Proven project management abilities to oversee the end-to-end process of training initiatives, from conceptualization to assessment
  • Sound understanding of quality standards and best practices in technical training, including IATF16949, ISO14001, and ISO45001
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to evolving business requirements
  • Proficiency in conducting assessments, analyzing training effectiveness, and generating comprehensive reports
