It is a structured listening mechanism for the field employees. The FLG leaders are appointed as Guardians for a zone, where they will meet the employees and resolve their queries. The unresolved queries are brought back to the governance team which work towards their resolution. A final close looping of the resolved issues done by the Guardians with their respective zone.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Scheduling the field connects
  • Aligning a common date with the leaders to visit the branch office
  • Connecting with the nominated SPOCs in the field to ensure smooth execution of the visits of leaders
  • Post session connect
  • Connecting with the SPOC for collation of the issues discussed during the session with leadership
  • Tracking of issues
  • Analysing the issues received from the field employees
  • Tagging them to the respective functional departments
  • Entering the issues in JIRA tool for further action
  • Review and Closure of issue responses with field employees
  • Reviewing the responses on issues received from the functions and ensuring they are satisfactory to be shared back with field employees for closure
  • Dashboards
  • Weekly publishing of dashboards to the leaders and functional SPOCs to share an update on the Issues.
  • Monthly mail to Leaders for close looping of resolved issues with the branch
  • Ad hoc functional review on the process
  • Preparing any presentations as and when required for reviews
  • Identifying and implementing structural solves
  • Looking at the issues received from the field employees and identifying issues which require a permanent structural solve.
  • Tracking the structural solve till implementation and taking feedback post implementation
General expectations w.r.t the role
  • Periodical communication and engagement with stakeholders on the status updates
MEASURES OF SUCCESS
  • Conducting one session per quarter for each identified branch
  • Creating the required presentation for leadership connects every quarter
  • Timely closure of issues and circling back to the branch for concurrence and satisfaction of resolution
KEY COMPETENCIES/SKILLS REQUIRED
  • Work Experience: 4-5 years
  • Presently in distribution facing role.
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams; strong networking and inter-personal skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, critical thinker with strong work ethics
  • Excellent communication skills and a thoughtful, persuasive personal style.
  • Self-starters comfortable in a project-oriented environment and comfortable in dealing with large cross functional projects.
