Responsibilities:
Drive the Quote to Cash Process for CAD, EPM, MSD, MOL service business
Review and Drive contract, T&M, Spare part revenue, Trunk Stock, Service Productivity
Depot Repair in coordination with the Field service, Supply chain, and Internal Stakeholders
Ensure prompt execution of Quote, Trunk stock, Due billing, Deferred Revenue, and Spare parts order
Maintain and update prices in SAP and master data on a regular basis
Collaborate with the Field Service team and various departments to efficiently address customer concerns and surpass their expectations.
Collaborate with the tech support, field service, and supply chain team to improve planning, spare parts\' availability in India, and reduce downtime, ultimately improving revenue cycle for service
Publish key service metrics and drive improvements in coordination with Field service teams
Drive continuous process improvement through PPI
Establish standard documentation/SOPs of all processes as per Master Control documents
Work with Service operation leaders to define service operation strategy, X-matrix Initiative, and drive operational plans to improve overall Customer Experience and Service Delivery
Identify process improvement areas, leverage PPI tools for improvement, and generate operational metrics for the Management Team
Develop networks, alliances, and relationships with internal and external contacts to achieve common goals
Requirements:
BE/ BTech/ Any Graduate with MBA or equivalent experience, along with additional knowledge of CRM/Software applications from Similar Field or Functions
Minimum 5+ years of service order management experience, with 3+ years of people management experience
Proficiency in MS-Office (especially Excel), SAP, and Outlook Express
Strong analytical, economic evaluation, and problem-solving skills
Effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Six Sigma or experience leading other quality management systems is an advantage
Collaborative individual with a proactive approach and positive attitude
Collaborative and able to coordinate efficiently with service and other cross-functional team members
