Job Description


  • Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals and strategy, objectives, policies, and operating procedures
  • Monitor development and implementation of the sales strategy to maintain and drive business growth
  • Conceptualize and identify key and critical parameters to drive sales
  • Follow dealer profitability and ensure a stable financial performance from the network
  • Drive Revenue through Pre-Owned Car Business
  • Used cars business to be monitored as an additional revenue generation centre for the dealership. Ensure increase in overall sales volumes
  • Interact with Nissan Global for all sales promotional activities .
  • Identify the training and development needs of direct reports and their team and undertake relevant programs
  • Assess the performance of direct reports and provide them with developmental feedback and support.
