Description
We are looking for a Deputy Manager Sales - Air with 4-5 years of experience to lead our sales team in the aviation industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Indian job market and sales processes in the airline sector. As a Deputy Manager Sales - Air, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth, managing the sales team, and building strong relationships with clients in the aviation industry.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Lead and manage the sales team, providing coaching and support to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the aviation industry
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and to identify areas for improvement
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in Air, Air freight, Freight forwarding
• 4-5 years of experience in sales in the aviation industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Flexibility to travel as needed

Pay: ?925,899.41 - ?1,046,088.02 per year
