A Safety, Security, and Sustainability Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring that an organization
operates safely, securely, and sustainably. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, leadership
skills, and the ability to work across various departments responsibly.Safety Responsibilities:
xefx82xb7 Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment: Identifying potential hazards in the workplace and
conducting risk assessments to mitigate them
xefx82xb7 Safety Training: Providing training to employees on safety policies, regulations, and procedures
xefx82xb7 Compliance Monitoring: Ensuring that the organization complies with all relevant safety
regulations and standards
xefx82xb7 Incident Investigation: Investigating accidents and incidents to determine their causes and
prevent future occurrences
xefx82xb7 Implement and enforce health and safety protocols in accordance with regulations.
xefx82xb7 Conduct regular safety inspections and address any identified issues promptly.
xefx82xb7 Create and ensure weather proof measures are implemented and timely executed
xefx82xb7 Conduct mock fire drills and training sessions for employees. (min once in a year)Security Responsibilities:
xefx82xb7 Security Policy Development: Creating and implementing security policies and procedures to
safeguard the office assets, premises and personnel
xefx82xb7 Emergency Preparedness: Developing and managing emergency response plans to handle
potential security threats
xefx82xb7 Surveillance and Monitoring: Overseeing security systems and access control of personnel to
ensure the safety of the organization
xefx82xb7 Develop and maintain emergency response plans (ERP and ERT) for the office
xefx82xb7 Incident Response: Leading the response to security incidents and coordinating with law
enforcement as necessary
xefx82xb7 Setup Security Control Room for central monitoring and control.
xefx82xb7 Conduct Risk assessment exercises
xefx82xb7 Advise and instruct on various security related topics
xefx82xb7 Enforce preventative measuresSustainability Responsibilities:2xefx82xb7 Sustainability Strategy Development:
xefx82xb7 Guide efforts to become more environmentally, socially, and economically responsible
xefx82xb7 Implement and promote environmentally sustainable practices within the office
xefx82xb7 Identify opportunities for energy efficiency and waste reduction and promote
sustainability
xefx82xb7 Identify areas for improvement and set measurable targets
xefx82xb7 Regulatory Compliance: Keeping abreast of environmental regulations and ensuring the
organization meets or exceeds these standards
xefx82xb7 Stakeholder Engagement: Communicating and coordinating with internal and external
stakeholders to promote sustainability efforts; raise awareness about sustainability initiatives,
gathering input, and fostering collaboration
xefx82xb7 Data Management and Reporting: Monitoring sustainability metrics and compiling reports for
senior management
