Preparing system concepts for testing and data acquisition and make BoM.xc2xb7 Prepare RFQ, getting techno-commercial offers, Comparison of own estimate.xc2xb7 Capital budgeting with business case.xc2xb7 Releasing PO in collaboration with the sourcing team.xc2xb7 DFMEA & PFMEA for the proposed test system.xc2xb7 Design approval, project planning, inspection at supplier end.xc2xb7 PLC & HMI Programming of the test system. LabView and SQL Programming for Interface & Data Acquisition. Installation & commissioning at manufacturing location.xc2xb7 Interact with Quality department for calibration and test bench approval & with manufacturing shop during test bench trials and commissioning.xc2xb7 LCM support during the production.xc2xb7 Create User's manual comprising test bench drawings, Electrical, operating Procedure, Bill of Material, etc., and handover to maintenance department.xc2xb7 Implement Eco-structure Solution.
