We are looking for a engineering professional for the role of Deputy Manager - Projects . In this role, the incumbent will be responsible for:

• Reviewing the MEP Drawing, Technical Data sheet submission & taking approval from Client/ consultant.
• Monitoring site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization.
• Monitoring of HVAC, Fire Fighting, Electrical Work, STP, WTP, Lifts & Specialized Services Work.
• Coordinating with all the departments, Subcontractor & Consultant as required for the execution of the Project
• Recording and monitoring of all site activities and costs being expended on the project.
• Maintaining a schedule of submissions and responses, for approvals, inspections, variations, etc.
• Reconciliation of materials and works executed during the month.
• Preparing sub-contractors payments and recording / monitoring of all MEP works.
• Coordinating with various suppliers, clients, QA/QC, vendors, consultant & contractors for various ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Coordinating and resolving Engineering issues address site requirement and ensure timely supply of deliverables from vendors.
• Supervising the production of co-ordination drawings to ensure that all services are coordinated with each other, and the building structure is complying with the contract requirements.
• Planning, implementing and enforcing an organizational Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures.
• Managing the entire project life cycle from from implementatin to delivery encompassing monitoring, inter-discipline coordination, resource planning and documentation as per quality, time budget norms (Electrical , SLD, GA Drawings, Terminal Interfacing & BOM, Cable Schedule and Earthing Calculations), Control Systems Engineering as well as managing numerous projects across all the phase.
• Managing multiple new testing & commissioning projects while developing baselines; controlling projects with respect to cost, budgets, time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of the same.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 8 years of experience in technical project engineering and management.
• Insightful exposure & knowledge on codes / standards and other engineering standards; competency in safeguarding effective site management and discipline to ensure safety /hygiene & timely execution of projects.
• Experience with handling multiple internal and external stakeholers.
• Expertise in site construction, coordination and maintainence along with manpower handling.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India for longer duration as per project requirements.
