Role and Responsibilities OPERATION Operation of Power Plant with 5 boilers and 6 Turbines Steam - Power balance across the chemical complex Operation of utilities including compressor air system, sea water distribution system Operation of ESPs MAINTENANCE Preventive and Predictive maintenance of Fans Pumps including Feed Pumps of boilers, Vertical Pumps Belt Conveyors Screw Compressors ESPs, Bag Filters Steam Turbines OTHERS ISO system Analysis of failures and deviations Safety Management System Best Practices in operation and maintenance of Power Plant Preferred Skills Should be able to take Ownership / Leadership. Should have good interpersonal Effectiveness. Should be able to withstand pressure. Computer & SAP Literacy is desirable. Requires co-ordination of multiple jobs at a time. Qualifications and Education Requirements : BE - Mechanical + BOE (Boiler Proficiency) Certification is must minimum experience : 3 - 5 years in Operation and Maintenance of Power Plant in a Process Industry About Us The story of the company is about harnessing the fruits of science for goals that go beyond business.
