Location: Bhiwadi (Delhi/ NCR) Role Overview Your Tasks - What You can Expect as Deputy Manager- Planner(f/m/d): Effective & Efficient Production Planning , utilization of resources for the maximum productivity. Right production finish date of PO by rescheduling the PO as per actual situation at shop floor. Minimization of Plan Vs Actual variance. Sighting of planned order out of MRP. Validating order line volumes and production resource allocation. Consolidating orders for same material . Converting planned orders into process orders / Process Orders processing. Print out production document and labels and submit to production units Prepare the planned vs. actual variance report and take necessary corrective & preventive action to minimize the variance Operative interface to Sales/AMS, Dispatch and Production area. Production department in prioritising of customer orders by providing relevant information. Coordinate with TD/AT for alternate material use and/or change in PO Co-ordinate with purchase for RM shortages due to Excess Consumption, Indented materials as per pending Support the consumption of Non Moving items or work-off by coordinating with TD/AT, QC & Production Coordinate with Sales team for order clarification, supply issues and getting forecast/projections. Coordinate with Master data for any change in master data like batch size, packing etc Your Profile - What do You bring as Deputy Manager Planner (f/m/d): B.Tech / MSc /MBA 6-10 yrs. Work experience in production, planning & control in Ink / Paint & allied Mfg Industries. Practical SAP knowledge (for modules MM, PP/PI) MS Office knowledge, especially good Excel knowledge Basic English knowledge in written and spoken Are you interested Please use our online platform to apply for this position.
