Responsibilities : * Managing end to end payroll operations.

Processing Full & Final settlement for exit cases,(Leave encashment/ Gratuity / PF/ ESIC processing)
Reconciliation of payroll account with salary register and preparation of audit schedules.
Handling employee query.
ProcessingLeave management for on-roll and off-roll employee,
Booking of payroll related heads like reimbursement, incentives, Bonus working etc
Payroll/ Salary MIS
Database management \xe2\x80\x93 HRMS/ Excel

Competencies:

Good command over payroll processing (Manual / automation)
Knowledge of TDS on Salary, Tax perquisites.
Well versed with Statutory compliance (i.e. PF, ESI, P. Tax, LWF, Labor Law).
Hands on with MS Office, Macros, good to have exposure with Data analytical tools like Tableau/ Power BI.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
An eye for detail and keen to learn with a positive attitude.
