• Responsible for Management data presentations & preparations, data analysis with RCA at short notice and able to handle conflicting situations.
• Develop effective and sustainable Management Information System (MIS) with less human dependency.
• Identifying internal customer preferences / business needs and work towards meeting/ exceeding satisfaction levels.
• Should be able to handle the Billing process with the between vendor & finance.
• Should be proficient in handling the Partner/TPA's.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES\xc2\xb7 Managing Medical Network management end to end.

• WIP Management
• Creation of SOP's / Process Note
• Calls /Trainings for TPA's as per the customer feedbacks
• Closely work with Customer service to handle CEO/ CXO escalations
• End to end traction of NPS- Net Promoter Score (Traction & Detractor Calling)
• Maintain tracker for Audit purpose.

• Past TPA management experience.
• New TPA on boarding.

KEY COMPETENCIES/SKILLS REQUIRED\xc2\xb7 External stakeholder management.Coordination skills.\xc2\xb7 Process knowledge (Underwriting).DESIRED QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCEGraduate, preferably MBA , hands on excel , word document , PPT and with experience of +5 years.
