JOB DESCRIPTION Location - Bengaluru Designation - Deputy Manager /Manager (as per fitment) Role and responsibilities: Set up sales plan for both short term & long term Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands company\'s customer base and ensure it\'s strong presence Prospect leads and contact them to pitch the product & related service Generate leads through other businesses & promotes cross selling Prepare & store own database Present product/ service demonstrations to the client Conduct market research to evaluate gaps, opportunities, and alien needs Seek new opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media channels Create and manage a sales pipeline as a reflection of the sales prospects and process Ensure that sales efforts are progressing and meeting set goals & targets Understand technology advancements of business & selling our USP\'s Achieve growth and hit sales targets. Do sales reporting and review performance periodically Negotiating contracts to arrive at the best deal for the client and organization
