Deputy Manager - Sales & Application EngineeringExperience 5-6 yearsKey responsibilities of Sales & Application Engineering include acquisition of New Project & OEM key account management. General activities for above are,Prepare & submit quotations
Participation in negotiations for acquiring new businesses.Maintain profitability by getting periodic corrections on product prices on account of raw material / FX fluctuations, other input cost increases etc.Contract Management - Review customer contracts, negotiate changes required in consultation with legal department for amicable settlement and follow sign off process as per approval & signature guidelines.Project Management - Kick-off New Product Development activities after business acquisition and manage till project realization including coordination with CFT i.e. R&D / Engg. / Production / Quality / Logistics to meet customer expectationsSupply chain management - Handle customer escalations and co-ordinate with manufacturing plants to deliver as per customer requirements.Sales Planning - Support sales planning team with sales forecast of / from various OEM\'sCarry out product information events (fair, tech shows, meetings) / customer satisfaction surveys / market updates / competition analysis / Ensure timely collection of payments from customers to ensure healthy account receivables.SAP BI/BW Skill: More than 5 years of work experience in one or more of the followingOEM Sales /Automotive OEM SalesOEM SCMUnderstanding of customer organization at MSIL,Other customers based in NCR and North IndiaAcquaintance / hands on experience of Engineering / process or component manufacturingSales / Business PlanningExcel working / Office 365 working experience.Exposure to ERP / SAP SystemsShould be a good team player with intercultural communication skillEDUCATION AND PERSONAL QUALITIESB.E. / BTECH + MBA (preferred) or equivalent
