Drafts Country\xe2\x80\x99s Marketing Plan and Budget based on local needs and group strategy in cooperation with Global Communication, CRM & MD.
Execute and adopts international campaigns to insure they fit local needs, feedback to global team
Coordinate and manage local execution of marketing activities like events, sponsoring, public relations and local advertisments
Support and execute solution oriented sales and GDP campaigns on country level.
Marketing Controlling & Reports: report the requested figures regulary to local team and Global Communication & CRM team (or responsibles)
Support Global Brand Management to implement the brand strategy locally.
Working closely with the Global brand team to manage brand requests, both internal and external
Implement the category brand guidelines and strategy across all local touch points for the operative marketing activities
Ensure the local execution of the category brand strategy and design
Participates in brand training courses and is able to convey the contents locally.
First point of contact for all local brand questions
Handle distributor communication
Develop local marketing material when required
Coordination of local technical and regional (if necessary)write-up for marketing activities
Coordinate and ensure successful product launches
Manage website content for the country and ensure it is always up to date
Manage Social media marketing pages posts for company in India
Provide local best-practices out of the country for global consideration, transfer marketing know-how into the country.
Actively gather information from sales regarding marketing requirements and needs.
