Position - Deputy Manager/ Manger - Finance( CA Candidates Preferred 5 -8 yrs exp)

Location - Head Office - Kollam - Male Candidate Preferred

1. JOB PURPOSE

The incumbent will be accountable for accurate reporting of financial results & managing the company's financial affairs. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Deputy Manager/Manager - Finance to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will possess a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification and have 5-8 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry. The role involves overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing strategic financial insights to support the company's growth.

2. WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

Reporting to: Head of Finance

3. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Accounts, MIS and Financial Reporting.
• Ledger reviews and Month end closing Activities.
• Preparation of MIS, Financial analysis and reporting.
• Statutory Financial preparation and Reporting.
• Budgeting, control and variance analysis.
• Banking, Cashflow projections, Treasury management and Forex.
• Handling statutory Audit and Internal Audits.
• Supporting for any other activities assigned by Finance Head

4. SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

• Min- 3 yrs. & Max 8 yrs.
• Results oriented and metrics driven.
• Strategic thinking, planning and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to collaborate with upper management to organize, plan and achieve company financial goals.
• Advanced computer software skills, including Excel and financial reporting software.

5. OTHER CRITERIA:

• Qualification - Qualified CA + additional courses related to field if any.
• Industry - Any manufacturing industry with 100% EOU (Preferred food industry)
• CTC - 10-12LPA
• Age - 35-45 max.
• Candidate Preferences- 1st - Keralite / 2nd- Tamilians.

Pay: ?1,000,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
