Responsibilities

• Responsible for all maintenance activities of Plant

• To ensure optimum utilization of all resources. And increasing the operational efficiency of m/c by reducing the BD by implementation of preventive and predictive and autonomous maintenance.
• Must have knowledge of PLC based hydraulic presses, PLC hardware and software, Hydraulic circuit, industrial oven, sound knowledge of electrical circuit fault traceability.
• Should have knowledge of Pneumatic circuit,
• Should have sound knowledge of utility handling like ETP,STP,WTP, DGs, Screw compressor, forklifts, cooling towers, FDV(Forced draft ventilation)
• Should have knowledge of ISO system and IRIS certification.
• Should have knowledge of MS word, Excel, and power point.
• Sound analytical strength.
• Should have knowledge of friction (Brake pads) processing machine handling.
• Should have knowledge of TPM pillar implementation.
• Implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance as per schedule.
• Implementation and checking of spare management by introducing the spare parts list and maintaining the Min and max level of spare.
• Checking all the documents regarding maintenance has properly filled. Like log books of all concerned m/c has filled properly. Daily check points of machine, history cards of Machines preventive and predictive check sheets of Machines as per schedule.
• Controlling all the norms of HSPCB and UHBVNL. And also has a responsibility of releasing the NOC from concerned dep\xe2\x80\x99t.
• Collecting the data of BD on weekly and monthly basis and taking corrective and preventive action.
• Increasing the OEE
• Releasing the AMC of all the critical Machines on time
• Implementation of Kaizen and small group activity.
• Development of the team

• Ensure proper induction of new operators on the line
• Build training plan to increase team autonomy; ensure training and coaching of team members
• Manage annual performance appraisal for all team members
• Plan development of the people (validation and support from Small Factory Unit manager and Human Resources Manager when appropriate): training, job evolution
• Validation of polyvalence plan.
• Ensure recognition upon individual performance: propose promotion and merit increase; take part of the decision process.
• Ensure proper flow of information to and from the team: top 5 with Cell Leaders, regular information meetings, rapid cascade of critical information and of messages from management
• Health, Safety and Environment and working conditions.
• Ensure full respect of Heath Safety & Environment rules and regulations
• Responsible for immediate stopping of a line in case of safety risks

• Lead Heath Safety & Environment core teams and drive implementation to follow
• Drive improvement of working conditions and ergonomics
• Group KPI
• Inline with group sustainability projects
• Reducing the carbon foot print as per group requirements
• HSE KPI :Monitoring of Number of Workplace Accidents Loss time and without loss time and taking appropriate actions.
