YOUR ROLE

• Analyze logistics data, including inventory levels, demand forecasts, production schedules, transportation costs, and warehousing expenses, to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
• Utilize analytical tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and MS Excel to develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations that effectively communicate logistics insights and performance metrics to regional supply chain leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, procurement, production, and demand planning, to gather data and understand supply chain processes and challenges.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency improvements, and logistics cost reduction within the regional logistics operations.
• Conduct root cause analyses to identify the underlying factors contributing to supply chain inefficiencies or bottlenecks and propose actionable solutions.
• Present data-driven action plans and recommendations to regional supply chain leadership, ensuring alignment and agreement on improvement initiatives.
• Monitor the implementation of approved action plans, track progress, and measure the effectiveness of process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
