Role Purpose : Project person is responsible for the management and delivery of multiple complex engineering and infrastructure projects from conception to completion by defining the project scope, setting the schedule, allocating resources and providing technical support to a team members.

Roles & Responsibilities :
1.Leading the Design function of Greenfield project (Civil, PEB) industrial projects (End to End) Responsibility
2.Ensuring Planning and Scheduling for all projects design process with a micro level 6 Weeks LAP (Look Ahead Plan)
3.Preparation of Manpower Histogram, Coordination with Contracts team for deployment of Manpower and Retention of the Labors/Subcontractors (Adequate Productivity, Workfront availability and Ontime Payments)
4. Ensuring Proper documentation and communication with the vendors for engineering Management.
5. Conducting Weekly/ fortnightly Project Review with Site Projects team for Project Progress, Engineering Status (TDS & Shop Drawings), MIS, Billing plan, Collection, Material Management, Resource requirement, claims, debits, Amendment/Variation orders, NT items approvals
6. Follow up with architects, consultants, and PMC in case of any technical issues clarification.
7. Coordination with Internal customers and contractors for Handing over of projects.
8.Coordination at HO regarding design, accounts, and billing - Leading a team of PMC and setting goals and targets and arranging resources to them to accomplish the same.
9. Achieve the overall project effectiveness for timely completion and with desirable quality and HSE standards.
10. Continuous unmatched support to Various plant teams for their capacity expansion and other CAPEX Projects for Civil and Structural and other coordination if necessary

Education Qualification: Degree Electrical/Mechanical Engg.
Minimum of 7-9 years of experience in project management within the industrial GF and BF Projects.

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
