This role will actively assist in managing the India Finance/Controllership by producing and presenting insightful analysis that supports book closure, decision making and associated activities within Controllership function.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting/ Controllership Responsibilities\xe2\x96\xa0 Ownership of legal India entity Payroll accounting, reporting, ensuring adequate analysis and reviews, exercise judgment\xe2\x96\xa0 Perform Month end close accounting & reporting, including variance analysis and preparation of supporting commentary\xe2\x96\xa0 Preparation of balance sheet recons with respect to Payroll and identification and management of any potential risks\xe2\x96\xa0 Audit & Compliance \xe2\x80\x93 Managing timely completion of various audit schedules and to assist in the Statutory and other compliance activities.\xe2\x96\xa0 Identification of areas of risk, under-performance, improvement and opportunity and development of action plan to resolve\xe2\x96\xa0 Drive reporting requirements including Variance Reporting, KPI Reporting, Cash flow analysis, P&L and Balance sheet reviewsOther Responsibilities\xe2\x96\xa0 Resolving ad-hoc queries from cross functional leaders / onshore stakeholders\xe2\x96\xa0 Play a key role in implementation/enhancement initiatives including reporting and governance.Candidate ProfileEssential Skills\xe2\x96\xa0 Semi Qualified Accountant (CA/CWA/CIMA/ACCA)/Post Graduate with 5+ years relevant experience in Finance.\xe2\x96\xa0 R2R / Core finance Domain expertise.\xe2\x96\xa0 Excellent planning, reporting, and tracking skills\xe2\x96\xa0 Excellent communication & interpersonal skills\xe2\x96\xa0 Excellent Excel and analytical skills\xe2\x96\xa0 Flexible to work in any shift timings/stretch during critical time sensitive deliverablesPersonal Attributes\xe2\x96\xa0 Problem Solver\xe2\x96\xa0 Team player\xe2\x96\xa0 Ability to work and deliver under pressure\xe2\x96\xa0 Eager to accept and facilitate changesBenefitsWe offer programs and plans for a healthy mind, body, wallet and life because it\xe2\x80\x99s important our benefits care for the whole person.
