Department DetailsRole Summary1. Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures.
2. Control budgets for security operations, monitor expenses and payments.
3. Manage security guarding across BBL multiple offices.
4. Recruit, train and supervise security officers and guards.
5. Support planned and unplanned operations, events and activities as needed.
6. Manage the daily operations of Visitors, vendors and material movement
7. Handling Intruders and unauthorised entries.
8. Collaborate with other CFT\'s to determine operational needs.
9. Laison with law enforcement agencies.
10. Conducting site survey and risk assessment every quarter.
11. Plan, Support and coordinate security operations for specific events.
12. Coordinate with staff when responding to emergencies and alarms.
13. Review reports on incidents & breaches and resolve the issues.
14. Handling theft investigations.
15. Create reports for management on security status.
16. Working closely with system team to rectify electronic security (CCTV, Boom barrier, Access control readers etc) related issues.
17. Front office management
18. Co-ordinating with Security Agency for smooth operations.
19. Crisis and Risk Management.
