Department DetailsRole SummaryCommercial OperationsKey Responsibilities1. Coordinating with commercial leads in APAC for pending items to be followed up with internal CFTs at HO2. Coordinating with internal CFTs such as QA, QC, RA, Finance, Legal to ensure open action items of APAC team are closed out3. Ensuring creation of LRFs for legal agreements, coordinating for new sample requests - new developments /business requests,4. Handling customer complaints of BFI along with manager, coordinating internally for shipping & documentation of replacements5. Market Analysis - analysing IQVIA data, sharing trends & insights with the sales team for their perusal; monthly / quarterly market share analysis preparation for the sales teamEducational QualificationsRequired Education Qualification: B.Pharma
Required Experience: 6 - 13 years
