: Video Editor and Graphic Designer We are seeking a talented and versatile Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our communication team. In this role, the incumbent will be responsible for creating visually stunning video content and designing engaging graphics that align with our brand and objectives. The incumbent will play a key role in bringing our ideas to life through Video Editing and After Effects. Video Editing: Edit raw video footage, ensuring seamless transitions, visual effects, and audio synchronization. Trim and rearrange clips to create a compelling storyline and maintain the desired flow of the video. Enhance video quality by color correction Add motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance the overall video presentation. Select and integrate suitable music, voice-overs, and sound effects to enhance the video\'s impact. Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and ensure the final video aligns with the brand\'s guidelines and objectives. Stay updated with the latest video editing techniques, software, and trends to continuously improve video quality and production processes. Ensure all video projects are delivered on time while maintaining high quality and attention to detail. Graphic Design: Design visually appealing graphics, including but not limited to logos, banners, social media posts, and marketing materials. Develop creative concepts and layouts based on project requirements and brand guidelines. Use graphic design software and tools to create and manipulate visual elements. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective and engaging visual assets for various campaigns and promotions. Ensure consistency in branding and design across all platforms and materials. Stay updated with design trends and techniques to bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to graphic design projects. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Requirements/Qualifications: Proven work experience as a Video Editor and Graphic Designer or similar roles with 2-4 years of experience. Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects is mandatory. Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools. Strong understanding of video production principles, including storytelling, composition, and editing techniques. Solid knowledge of visual effects, motion graphics, and color grading. Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics. Strong portfolio showcasing video editing and graphic design skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines. Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
