This individual will be responsible for leading a large team of employees. Functions and Responsibilities Onboard 1500 - 1700 new hires every month Conduct Background Verification for all new joiners through a vendor Onboarding and BGV related Vendor Management HRMS Data Management for 18000+ employees Review update policies on a regular basis Close internal and external audits in a timely manner Partner with cross functional teams, employees, COE, service leaders in HR service delivery Handle Background verification requests for ex-employees Take induction Sessions for all new joiners Make & Publish Regular Dashboards for all areas Identify and improve processes through digitization and simplification Ensure HR governance, policies and procedures in accordance with the law Leads a team with effective coaching and development Refine and redraft process related policies Work towards better new joinee experience Qualifications & Attributes Education Master\'s Degree in Business Administration or a degree in Human Resources preferably from a tier 2 B school Experience At least 2-3 years of relevant experience of working in across industries in HR Operations. Strong in advance excel, communication and should be a problem solver. Should have team handling experience. Language Skills Writing proficiency in English for drafting Oral professional proficiency in English
