What you\'ll do Role purpose A core element of Vodafone\'s HR strategy is to deliver world class processes through its global HR systems. The HRIT Product Manager- Employee Listening in the HR space will play a primary role in Vodafone transformation towards a tech communications company. The candidate provides strong Technical and functional knowledge in the area, contributes design and supports implementation of the deliverables and application architecture (e.g. for a particular platform/business capability/user journey) according to the overall target vision leveraging on Medallia Survey Software. The HRIT Product Product Manager- Employee Listening: . focuses upon conducting functional and technical analysis enabling the translation of the technical vision into a holistic solution design of future capabilities and features, including external dependencies, cross-domain integrations, and technical enablers/stories. . will play a key role in coordinating and influencing colleagues in shaping the HR Systems evolution and creation of new opportunities, including assessing/initiating/solutions/driving initiatives related to innovative aspects in the employee listening space . will have a holistic approach and will consider several aspects of the potential solution: business and technical requirements, enterprise architecture & integrations, IT technical delivery, data migration complexities, process transformation & change, services enablement Who you are o Works closely with IT Platform Manager in supporting delivery of employee listening roadmap in partnership with business Product Owner, o Works on identifying improvement areas, evaluates new solutions or supports continuous product life-cycle management and suggests improvement initiatives, From a product management perspective, where the solution design is delivered by an SI, she/he needs to ensure that solutions proposed by Sis are it\'s sustainable, scalable, optimized, and integrated with all other products in EVO, HR, and non-HR products, o Ensures the product is in compliance with the IT governance and control processes, e.g. TDA, Security policies etc., o Supports in evaluating and prioritisation of roadmap items, translating them into designs principles, changes and non-functional requirements, o Acts as the Business Super User of the employee listening platform for end users (global and local) (e.g. employees, managers HRBP, etc.) to address their queries by providing guidance to enhance their user experience, o Acts as the Technical Super User and works towards service improvement by identifying recurring issues, raises a ticket to DevOps team, plays a bridge role between Business and IT, o Works closely and in coordination with wider Employee Listening technical team in achieving deliverables and supports troubleshooting where necessary, o Ensures relevant solution design, scope tracker etc. technical documentation are kept up to date.
