Purpose & Outcomes:
\xef\x82\xb7 Drive & manage Human Resources life cycle after induction till exit
\xef\x82\xb7 Build and sustain management and employee relations by addressing expectations,
grievances or other issues ...
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure policy administration & compliances.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
\xef\x82\xb7 Develop and implement HR strategies/policies in alignment with the overall business
strategy
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure 100% policy, statutory compliance
\xef\x82\xb7 Responsible for employee engagement, grievance redressal, management of IR issues, and
people policy implementation
\xef\x82\xb7 Responsible for specific initiatives to roll out POSH, BCOC, R&R, fitness, health surveys and
other key initiatives
\xef\x82\xb7 Gather and analyze all exit interviews, and feedback for improvement of HR operations
\xef\x82\xb7 Work towards
=90% customer satisfaction related to HR services
\xef\x82\xb7 Design and conduct periodic employee satisfaction surveys and develop an action plan
\xef\x82\xb7 Design & roll out R&R activities to motivate employees

\xef\x82\xb7 MBA from reputed management institutes with good academic record
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience of independently running the payroll cycle, C&B, statutory activities, policy
compliances
\xef\x82\xb7 Exposure in the manufacturing industry and in factories/plants
\xef\x82\xb7 Demonstrated leadership and team building abilities
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience of HR software/digitalisation would be an added skill
Experience: 8-10yrs Behavioural & Other Competencies:
\xef\x82\xb7 Must be a team player with very good leadership qualities
\xef\x82\xb7 Should have a track record of taking tough calls while possessing good inter-personal skills
\xef\x82\xb7 Active decision making, negotiation, persuasion and influencing skills are required
\xef\x82\xb7 Should be well organised with data and records, active listener good with
stakeholder/partner management
\xef\x82\xb7 Should be digital savvy, updated with HR and payroll policies
