Job Description


:

  • Labor Laws and Compliance-
  • Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, ensuring the company\'s compliance.
  • Manage documentation and reporting related to labor laws, PF (Provident Fund), and ESI (Employee State Insurance).
  • Handle employee grievances and disputes in compliance with labor laws.
  • Worker Benefits-
  • Administer worker benefits programs, including PF and ESI, and provide guidance to employees.
  • Manage and maintain worker records and documentation related to benefits.
  • Assist workers in understanding and utilizing their benefits.
  • Handling complete HR operations on the daily basis
  • Production data analysis and daily report preparation; manpower requirement analysis
  • Maintaining management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
  • Initiatives/ implementation of sound IR practices and for improving employee performance and satisfaction
  • Identify core competencies & skills critical to business and frame policies for key talent identification, development and retention
  • Exercise Good Control over manpower
  • Ensure workers discipline on floor
  • Ensuring legal compliance by monitoring and implementing
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • MBA in HR. Sound knowledge of IR practices and Legal framework
  • Experience in Manufacturing Industry
  • Good experience in various functions of HR
  • Hands on knowledge of MS Office (Word, ppt & Excel)
  • 5-8 years of proven working experience in similar role
  • Immediate joiner preferred
  • Male candidate preferred
