7. Flight and other booking administration
8. Coordinate with factory HR on daily basis
9. Maintaining of conference room meetings and their bookings
10. Coordinate with sales team for monthly sales and factory meeting
11. Employment Verification & Background Check
12. Releasing Offer and appointment Letters
13. Other administrative day to day task etc.
