KONE India is embarking upon an exciting growth phase and this represents an opportunity for you to join our Chennai HO KONE India, as a Deputy Manager - Fulfill. Develop, implement, ensure compliance and/or maintain the performance of end-to-end business processes and the supporting systems relating to a specific area, in alignment with both global processes and the business strategy. Individual contributor with comprehensive knowledge in a specific area, able to execute highly complex or specialized projects/tasks. Ensure compliance and Implementation of new KONE Way (KW) projects Addressing KW process related queries and fixing issues Close coordination with Super Users and to guide and conduct periodic training Working closely with FL for supporting in overcoming the system issues from order to delivery. Analyze and understand business requirements and actively communicate all relevant KW process requirements to GD/ APA Process Owners Recognizing best practices and constant improvement of the KW process in the area Design, develop, implement and support the global KW Key Performance Indicator (KPI) framework, ensure the accuracy of reports and reporting of the KPIs. Deliver agreed objectives on time and according to budget Carry out process audit for benchmarking and identifying improvement actions Develop / maintain O365 based (power apps) mobile applications for ease of doing business Ensure that KONE and GD / Global Process owners/ Business Unit policies, procedures and processes are met (including external providers) Any graduate with 6-10 years of experience.
