: Deputy Manager for Fraud Management at Global IT MNC Our client, an Indian multinational corporation specializing in information technology, consulting, and business process services, is in need of a Deputy Manager for Fraud Management in the global IT domain. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in banking, disputes, and chargebacks on an international scale. Location: Hyderabad (Work From Office) Shift: US Shift (12.30am - 9.30am) We are looking for a Deputy Manager for Fraud Management with the following qualifications:

• At least 6 years of experience in banking disputes and chargebacks at a global level

• Proficiency in risk and fraud processes

• Previous experience in leading a team of 20+ resources

• Capability to manage client escalations and uphold client relationships

• Willingness to work night shifts
