JOB PURPOSE
The job holder would assist in maintaining operational efficiency and balance sheet integrity, cutting time to close and safeguards compliance with regulatory requirements.
The job holder should be able to perform accruals, allocations journal entries, prepare reconciliations, support month end closing, prepare income statement, balance sheet, cash forecasting and support statutory audits.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Record to Report
? Process journal entries
? Process allocations
? Post and reconcile intercompany transactions.
? Process period end adjustments (e.g., accruals, currency conversions)
? Perform period close process.
? Consolidate information and produce reporting packages
2. Asset Management
? Maintain fixed asset register
? Process and record fixed-asset additions and retires
? Process and record fixed-asset adjustments, enhancements, revaluations, and transfers ? Calculate and record depreciation expense
? Reconcile fixed-asset ledger
3. Other Expectations:
? Assist in streamlining and improving the RTR process, identifying areas of performance improvement
? Ensure that the SLAs and KPIs are adhered as per the SOP
? Communicate discrepancies to management team
? Experience in Management of Entertainment management
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Qualification:
? Accounting Degree preferably Post Graduate or Part Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CA, CMA, CPA)
Experience: 4+ years of experience in similar field

? Proficient in MS Office specially in Excel
? Good verbal and written communication skills
? Experience in ERP Systems
? Attention to details
? Excellent numerical skills
? Can work within timelines
