Monitor & control all logistic actual costs and ensure that Gross Profit ratio maintained as per budget/forecast.
Cost reduction & Free cash flow improvement
Ensuring that Logistics cost committed in BP achieved and explore other opportunities to have best TdC.
Working with RNPO & Freight forwarders for reducing the total lead time from suppliers to overseas plant
Monitoring KPIs of costs such as Container Fill Ratio, cost/m3 and etc
KPIs & Management reporting
Monitoring KPIs of Delivery, Cost & Quality and reporting to regional GNX (R30) NML & Tony Laydon, CVP, SCM on monthly basis along with countermeasure for unachieved items.
Synergies with Renault ILN
Working with Renault for synergies in Warehouse sharing, cross use at Pune, Chennai and Logistics.
Working on further optimization of resources.
