Roles and Responsibility
A. Event Coordination: Corporate and Wellbeing Events, Outbounds and Outstation
a. Planning and executing events, including logistics and coordination
b. Attention to detail to ensure events run smoothly
c. Knowledge of table setting and menu planning and beverages
d. Knowledge of cuisines and types of service
e. Negotiation skills to ensure cost-effective services
B. Training and Orientation:
a. Conduct training sessions or orientations to educate employees on policies and
procedures
b. Develop informational materials to enhance employee understanding of process,
procedures, systems and benefits
c. Provide support* to new joinees, transfees to familiarize them with the office
C. Understanding Of Admin, Travel, Facility Policies:
a. Stay updated on the latest policies and guidelines
b. Interpret and explain details, eligibility criteria, and procedures to employees
D. Vendor Management:
a. Experience in managing relationships with vendors, especially Ola/Uber for
transportation services and Vi and Airtel for mobile connectivity services
b. Negotiation skills to ensure cost-effective services
E. Employee Services:
include the following: Issuance, administration, management, service delivery
On and Off Boarding Transfer /Relocation Assistance ID Cards
Access Cards New joinee kits Business Card
Mobile CUG Parking Stickers Leased Car mgmt.
Fuel Card Corp Ola & Uber Printing & Stationary
Attendance records Shuttle Bus enrollment
