Role- Talent Acquisition - Employee Referral
Designation - Deputy Manager
Location- Delhi
Qualification - MBA Full Time
Years of experience required - 3-5 Years (Post Qualification)
CTC offered upto 16 LPA (including variable pay)
RESPONSIBILITIES -
- Develop an Employee Referral hiring strategy based on the headcount forecasting and plan for employee referral resources appropriately.
- Proposing an aggressive, yet achievable staffing plans to the hiring teams
- Implement new processes and refine existing processes in recruiting that fit within company mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive overall recruiting efficiency.
SKILLS -
- 3 - 8 years of overall recruiting experience with at least 2 + years of prior experience in doing referral program.
- Should be able to independently work on critical open positions.
- Good in communication skills along with the ability to articulate effectively
