Position Deputy Manager - EC&I

Reporting to Manager - Engineering & TFS

Justification:

Need a Deputy Manager EC&I for Design, Installation, and commissioning department.

Brief Description:

Knowledge in Power, Steel plant electrical & Instrumentation design preparation & review,

Testing, Commissioning, and troubleshooting of Electrical & Instruments equipment.

Around 30 % of time out of Loesche offices working at customers plants.

Will work as a C&I service engineer for Vertical roller mills and ball mills and auxiliaries. It is mandatory to have a

high level of knowledge in Installation, commissioning, troubleshooting of instruments of vertical roller mills, ball mills

and its accessories equipment's in power and steel sectors.

Candidate may be required to carry out additional tasks within your capacity as necessitated by your changing role

within the organisation and to meet the needs of the business.

Educational Qualification: - BE / Diploma (Instrumentation control / ECE/EEE)

Years of Experience : - min 10 years.

Detailed Description:

To support our internal service team, we are looking for a Design, Installation & Commissioning EC&I. In this position

you will be responsible for the following tasks:

? will work on a multi-discipline engineering team involved in power & steel plant Electrical &

instrumentations and controls projects.

? knowledge to Prepare of SLD, Feeder list, P&ID, I/O List, logics, Instrument list, Cable Schedule, Cable

routing, Earthing etc.

? will prepare specifications for the Electrical & instrumentation and controls equipment as well as

engineering calculations based on the project.

? Planning and coordination of site activities including responsibilities related to site installation, DCS logic

checking, commissioning. and startup equipment to ensure the correct operation (EC&I) Site.

? knowledge of electronic, instrumentation and related equipment, including but not limited to process

indicators, electronic process control, SCADA, transmitters, calibration procedures - process and

equipment, calculations, technical drawings, loop schematics and control diagrams, capable of building

and troubleshooting PLC logic and control. General familiarity with DCS systems.

? Participate in technical meetings with customers, Vendors, and site.

? Identify in the customers opportunities for services and parts sales.

? Prepare daily work reports, timesheet, and other necessary reports inherent to the position and elaborate

detailed technical reports of the performed service.

Pay: From ?70,000.00 per month
