Deputy Manager- Compliance
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Manage Compliance Audits for key compliances declared in Compliance Management System ( CoMS)
- Carry out tasks review by picking up substantiative samples applicable to each critical function and in addition carry out a review to validate whether the evidence provided on CoMS are correct / accurate or not Carrying out
2. Regulatory Reporting - Public Disclosures e.g.
a. Geographical Distribution of Business [L-25 - I (Individual) and II (Group)]
b. Related Party Transactions (L-30)
c. Data on Settlement of Claims (Individual) (L-39)
d. Quarterly Claims (Death) Data for Life (L-40)
e. Grievance Disposal (L-41) etc.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required :
- Knowledge of auditing, policies, standards, and procedures.
- Knowledge of various Insurance related Regulatory Compliance requirements
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Understanding of IT control environment
- Excellent Knowledge of MS Excel
