Designation - Deputy Manager (CO-GEN)
Qualification - BE (Mechanical) with BOE Certificate
Experience - 8 - 12 Years (Experience in the Operation and Maintenance of CO-GEN)
Salary - Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate, will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Job Summary:
• Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the cogeneration plant.
• Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Project Management: Lead and manage projects related to plant upgrades and improvements.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of engineers and technicians.
• Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of plant operations, maintenance activities, and safety incidents.
