Job Responsibility

  • Ability to conceptualise requirements, prepare requirements definition and analysis documents for complex work, results analysis presentation for large activities like System testing releases.
  • Clear communication on status/issues, play back of requirements, walkthrough of model and results. Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and independent task management with minimal supervision.
  • Develop, test and maintain high-quality software using SQL & Python programming language. Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, building, testing and delivering high-quality solutions
  • Responsible to meet the customer requirement and maintain high customer score.

People Related:

  • Should have hands on experience of managing direct teams
  • Allocation of work, as per skill set of the team members
  • Employee connect to ensure positive RAG status and grievance management
  • Performance and Bottom Quartile Management, in line with the defined Performance Management process
  • Provide timely feedbacks to team members, conflict management and fair appraisal to all the team members

Process Related:

  • Accountable for the tasks that were assigned
  • Incumbent will be responsible for delivery of tasks with high quality
  • Process and ad-hoc documentation for all the tasks that were assigned to the individual
  • He/She will be involved in the creation of summary and delivery of the reports
  • Investigation and deep dive analysis on any deviation in the financial figures and ratios.
  • Review the tasks done by the junior resource; provide technical training to junior resource.
  • Support all Internal and External Audits
  • Monitor and ensure timely and quality deliverables from all the team members.
  • Have periodic discussion with on shore customer to understand the requirements and performance management for the team.

Qualifications

Actuarial background with Python, SQL scripting knowledge. 3 Actuarial papers mandatory
